Originally from Northern Ireland, Caroline moved to Ayrshire in 1993. She is happily remarried to Lee and the mother of four grown up children off on their own adventures.
Her career has been mainly in HR and management because she loves working with people to encourage personal change and development. In the last ten years, she has learnt to use her skills in the coaching and transformation on staff at all levels in a business, with individuals – and on herself. She quickly builds trust and rapport with clients, creating the space and asking the questions that allow them to find their own answers.
She knows that everyone gets stuck and everyone makes mistakes – but she also knows that there is no such thing as failure (only feedback) – and she knows that it’s never too late to be who you want to be. She is passionate about empowering others to transform by daring them to be happier by changing what no longer works in their lives, and reducing stress and anxiety by helping them find balance and reconnect with what makes them happy. Her main focus is on the gentle and therapeutic power of journaling to access and deal with emotions, to move from a place of limitiation and fear to a positive outlook in life by harnessing your own wisdom, and for you to authentically and powerfully take control of your life.
Caroline is a coach, workshop facilitator, speaker, writer, teacher, journaling expert, wife, mother, daughter, friend, lover of words and reading, dogs and cats, and walking in the hills or by the seaside. She has a BA in Human Resource Management with Distinction, is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and trained in Thomas PPA, an NLP Master Practitioner, a certified Master Ericksonian Hypnotherapist and expert in journaling.
