Face-to-Face – 4th July 2018 – 6 week To Improve Your Happiness & Well-being (Kilmarnock)
Six weeks, each Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
We will look at what gets in the way of your happiness and wellbeing, explore what makes you happy now, learn tools and techniques to set better boundaries and be more assertive and reduce anxiety.

Face-to-Face – 11th August 2018 – Destress Your Life Workshop (Drymen)
Using journaling, mindfulness and self-compassion tools, this two day workshop is a space to explore in a safe way how you can nurture yourself more – and what might be stopping you doing that. Together, we will go on a journey that allows you to examine your life with compassion and plan for the life you want.
