Face-to-Face – 8th October 2018 – 6 week To Improve Your Happiness & Well-being (Kilmarnock)
Six weeks, each Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
We will look at what gets in the way of your happiness and wellbeing, explore what makes you happy now, learn tools and techniques to set better boundaries and be more assertive and reduce anxiety.
